All of our candidates undergo in-person interviews, job appropriate testing, reference checking, and client specific background checks and drug testing. 

We work with our clients in a strategic partnership to fully evaluate their business and develop a staffing plan.

Traditional Staffing;  Temporary/Contract staffing is used to provide quality fill-in's for employees' on vacation or sick leave etc.  Saves on OT that would be paid to other employees for handling the extra workload.

Flexible/Seasonal Staffing is beneficial for covering seasonal or short term production peaks.  Using Gavlick employees keeps the cost down by reducing/eliminating added payroll expense, U/C and workers comp costs, and liability issues.

Temp to Hire; No need to spend money and time on advertising, screening, interviewing, testing and checking.  Just call Gavlick.  Since recruiting is what we do, there is a good chance that your next employee is already in our database. 
After a "tryout" period if you decide to hire our candidate you can take them over for NO ADDITIONAL FEE!

Direct Hire; As stated above, just call Gavlick, we probably have your next employee in our files.  If you want to forgo the "tryout" period and hire them directly onto your payroll, we will calculate a reasonable referral fee and you hire them directly.

Gavlick On-site; Gavlick will provide an onsite staffing coordinator to administer your staffing needs for any project, season, shift, branch, department, or your entire operation. We will coordinate all staffing services into one organized unit. We will oversee all recruiting, interviewing, orientations, timekeeping, training, etc. Our onsite coordinator will work closely with your supervisors, managers, and key personnel in keeping your operation staffed with quality employees.

Professional Staffing; Gavlick can conduct nationwide searches for qualified professionals for both contract staffing and for full time positions.

We have over 20 years of human resource, personnel, staffing, and recruiting experience.  We  can conduct national searches for top talent for all of your staffing needs.                                                   

Contingency:  We refer candidates who most closely match your company's requirements.  We act as your agent in arranging interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates, reference and background checking, and negotiating the offer. If you hire someone we've presented, our fee is 30% of anticipated first year compensation. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due. 

Retained:  Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is necessary.  We act as your company's dedicated recruiting source.  Our fee is 30% of first year compensation.  You pay us one-third to begin the search, one-third when the candidate accepts, and the balance when the candidate begins work.
